What print rooms, schools and offices ask before choosing a binder — comb versus coil versus thermal, punch capacity, supplies and returns. If your question is not here, write to [email protected] and a person will answer it.

What do you stock?

Document binding machines and their supplies: manual comb binders with starter combs, heavy-duty comb machines for A4, Letter and A5, manual and electric spiral coil binders, a multi-punch craft binding tool, and a thermal binder with hardcovers. Punches, combs and coils to go with them. We are online-only, with no showroom.

Comb, coil or thermal — which should I buy?

Comb binding is the cheapest per document and the only one you can reopen to add or remove pages, which is why offices with living documents choose it. Coil lies flat and folds back on itself, so it suits manuals and cookbooks that must stay open on a bench. Thermal binding gives a glued spine that looks like a printed book and cannot be edited afterwards. Match the method to whether the document will ever change.

How many sheets can I punch at once?

The listed punch capacity assumes 70-80 gsm paper. Card covers count for several sheets each, so punch those separately. Forcing a stack past the rated capacity is the single fastest way to bend a die, and bent dies are wear, not a manufacturing fault. Punch a few sheets under the rating and the machine will outlast the office.

What size comb or coil do I need?

Work from the finished thickness, not the page count. As a rough guide a 6 mm comb takes about 25 sheets, 12 mm about 95, 19 mm about 165, and 25 mm about 225. Coils follow the same logic in 4 mm steps. Order one size up if the document might grow; a comb stretched to its limit will not close cleanly.

Do you sell the combs and coils separately?

The machine kits ship with a starter pack so you can bind on day one. For ongoing supply tell us the size and quantity you get through in a term or a quarter, and we will tell you honestly what we can hold rather than taking an order we cannot fill.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. Below that a flat ₹99 is added at checkout — one fee for the whole order. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day; we hand parcels to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1–2 business days, transit is usually 3–9 business days, so most orders land within 4–11 business days of confirmation.

How can I pay?

Two ways: UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Yes — you have 7 days from delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. Machines that have punched paper and opened supply packs cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and send it within 48 hours of delivery. That clip covers damaged, defective, wrong or missing items and we arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away, with no return shipping cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month product warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link arrives by email and SMS as soon as the parcel ships. If it has not moved in 48 hours, send us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Where are you and when can I reach you?

Maviro Harbor ships from Secunderabad, Telangana. Support is by email, Monday – Saturday, 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays. Messages arriving outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
