Maviro Harbor takes two forms of payment, stores none of your financial details, and shows every charge before you confirm. Here is how both routes work and how a refund travels back.
How you can pay
UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery. Both appear at checkout wherever your PIN code is serviceable, and neither carries a processing fee. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Prepaid by UPI
Choose UPI and approve the collect request in whichever app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. It confirms in seconds and the order moves straight into packing. Your UPI PIN and bank credentials are entered in your own app and never reach this website.
Paying the courier
Select Cash on Delivery and pay the courier when your order arrives. Having the right amount ready speeds up the handover. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a small number of remote locations are prepaid-only and checkout says so before you commit.
What you will never be asked for
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet other than UPI — no such option exists at checkout, and we never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials of any kind. If any page, call or message asks you to pay another way, treat it as fraudulent; it is not us.
What appears on your invoice
Maviro Harbor is a small individual seller operating below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the delivery fee where one applies.
Delivery cost
Orders of ₹2,999 and above ship free. Below that a flat ₹99 is added and shown on the payment screen before you confirm — never after.
Getting money back
Approved refunds return to the original UPI account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Cancellation refunds take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a return take 10 business days. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
